Oluchukwu (Oly) Njoku is a UK Registered Dietitian, nutrition educator, author and lifestyle medicine advocate with a passion for helping Nigerians and the African diaspora manage nutrition-related health conditions while continuing to enjoy the foods they know and love.
As the founder of ThriveWithOly, Oly is on a mission to make evidence-based nutrition practical, culturally relevant and easy to apply in everyday life. She believes that improving your health shouldn’t mean abandoning your culture or the meals that bring comfort, connection and joy.
Over the years, Oly has developed extensive clinical expertise in diabetes care, helping people better manage their blood sugar through realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. Her approach combines the latest nutrition science with practical guidance centred around Nigerian food, empowering people to make informed choices with confidence.
